Ian is a board-level adviser and non-executive director operating at the intersection of Media, Technology, finance, and geopolitics, bringing over 20 years of experience translating industry disruption, macroeconomic forces, and political risk into strategic and valuation outcomes. With a background in financial markets and deep sector expertise, I support boards, CEOs, and investors on capital allocation, transactions, governance, and long-term positioning — particularly at moments of structural change. My work is defined by pattern recognition across cycles, independent judgement under uncertainty, and an ability to connect industry insight directly to financial consequences.

Justin was the founder of Hubble Media and Mediatel Events, which together built the largest collection of TV advertising events in the world. Starting out in media sales, Justin built an events and publishing business that was later acquired by Adwanted Group. He continues to work with Adwanted, supporting the team in delivering TV advertising conferences globally. In addition, he consults for broadcasters, streamers, and ad-tech businesses, hosts private and third-party events, and invests in and advises companies across the global advertising industry. He also hosts a podcast and loves walking his labradors.
